Our short courses are suitable for anyone whether you are a complete novice to the beauty industry or you’re possibly already a makeup artist that’s keen to learn new skills and on-trend looks to build confidence and knowledge.
Advice will be given throughout the course from our resident artists and guest artists to create the perfect portfolio, understand how to take a great makeup shot and we are now able to offer you within this package a fantastic social media course for our artists to assist them in building /increasing a clientele.

Yes, all our courses are accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists. On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded with a certificate meaning you are a fully certified and insurable Makeup Artist ready to start working in the industry.
Theory
You will be required to complete online theory modules on professional standards for therapists, health and safety and skin anatomy and physiology.
Approximately 14 hours

Please note if not completed you will NOT receive your certificate.
Practical
During your practical training, you will be required to complete a number of Makeup looks following the skills that have been shown. You will recreate 5-6 looks over the course of 2 days.
The support doesn’t just stop once you finish your training, as we offer refresher days to all students who would like to come back and go over anything they are struggling with. These are held once a month and inclusive of the course fees.

Our Tint and Brow shaping course is designed to teach you the specialised skills to be able to complete both tinting and brow shaping from home, salon or mobile. Our Lash Lift and Tint course has been designed to teach you the skills to be able to enhance your clients’ eyes and lashes. This is the perfect treatment for clients who don’t want the hassle of individual eyelashes and reduces the time needed for makeup application. One way to think of a lash lift is like a perm for your eyelashes. Unlike a lash extension, a lash lift simply alters the shape and colour of your natural lashes. Most people’s lashes grow out, rather than up. However, upward growing lashes will give a more cosmetically pleasing appearance. The treatment involves boosting and lifting each individual lash, before tinting them for thicker, darker, longer-looking lashes.

Saline Removal Course
Saline Removal Course
Delivered from our Academy in Leeds, our 1-day Saline Removal course is perfect for anyone already holding a qualification relating to brows.
This is a great treatment to offer your clients new and existing whose brows are over saturated with colour and may need removing before going back in and adding more colour.
By using a tattoo machine, the saline removal solution is being implanted on the treated skin area and it resulted in the salt to dry out on the skin it is being implanted into. Yes, this course is accredited by International Approval. On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded with a certificate meaning you are fully certified and insurable in Saline Removal ready to start working in the industry.
Theory
You will be required to complete theory modules on professional standards for therapists, health and safety, skin anatomy and physiology.
Practical
During your practical training, you will be required to complete a full Saline Removal treatment following the skills that have been shown.
After attending your practical training we ask all students to complete 3 Saline Removal treatments providing you with the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned in the comfort of your own surroundings. Once submitted full written feedback will be provided ensuring you have retained what has been shown on your course. The support doesn’t just stop once you finish your training as we offer refresher days to all students who would like to come back and go over anything they are struggling with.

Theory
You will be required to complete online theory modules on professional standards, health and safety, skin types/conditions anatomy and physiology.
Approximately 14 hours.
These can be completed in your own time and will be accessed through our online portal.
Practical
During your practical training, you will be required to complete 2 full treatments on live models each session. On your final day you will be required to complete a timed assessment.
The support doesn’t just stop once you finish your training, as we offer refresher days to all students who would like to come back and go over anything they are struggling with. These are held once a month and inclusive of the course fees.
